FX Primus Broker was founded in 2009. The Corporate Mission is that only secure services are provided to the customer’s funds which is very little information and cannot be reviewed.
FX Primus is financially registered with the country in which its office is located with the following information:

FX PRIMUS ACCOUNT USAGE
FxPrimus Broker account opening can be done through the Platform and can be opened by asking for Support as well.
1. FX PRIMUS FOREX Account Opening Documents
Documents required to open a trading account with FX Primus Broker include:
- Identity verification documents is ID card, both front and back (color photo), or Passport, or driving license, both front and back (color photo)
- Address verification document must be issued no more than 6 months. Able to use utility bills, water bills, electricity bills, internet bills, or bank statements.
- The address verification document must match the address shown on the identity card, a copy of the house registration is recommended.
All documents must be photographed in color from the original document, clearly showing full name, address, and date of issuance. Copy of house registration and receipt cannot be presented.
2. FX PRIMUS Account Types
There are several types of Fx Primus Forex trading accounts with different pros and cons and features, designed to allow traders to choose according to their strategy and leverage up to 1:1000.

FX PRIMUS Support Service
We conducted a test communication with Support via chat and made an assessment according to the criteria; able to fix the problem, promptness of service, problem-solving intention, not just sending links to read to acquire answers. Therefore, we have reviewed the broker and found the following service problems:
- Customer cannot contact support on Sat to Sun.
Support staff answers questions by sending files to customers to read.
Support attempts to contact the customer back in another channel that is not the current channel.
- Support is dedicated to answering questions. In addition, they also find samples for customers’ reference.
